Katcho Achadjian, who represented the Central Coast in the state Assembly for three terms, died Thursday as a result of health complications in San Luis Obispo, where he was surrounded by family. A business owner, legislator and community volunteer, Achadjian, 68, was a quintessential American success story. “The Achadjian family is thankful for your support and sympathy.
